We are delighted to announce that Mr Yossi Alpher and Mr Ajit Doval will deliver keynote speeches in the plenary sessions on the first and last conference day. Mr Alpher will speak at the plenary session "Power Shifts and Regional Order: Revolts and Revolutions in North Africa and the Arabian Peninsula" on 30 May; Mr Doval will speak at plenary session "Power Shifts and International Order" on 1 June.
